Your Order, Someone Else’s Impact At REVORA, we believe that every order can create a beautiful impact. That’s why we allocate 5% of the value of every purchased product to support charitable causes and initiatives. The donation is made at no additional cost to the customer. Example: If the product value is AED 100, AED 5 will be allocated as a donation, while the customer pays only AED 100 with no additional fees.

We carefully prepare your order within 8-10 business days.

We offer free delivery within the UAE and to all countries. Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days and may arrive sooner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can easily follow its progress.

Your satisfaction matters to us at RIVORA. - If you wish to return your order, we are happy to accept return requests within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition and has not been used or cut. - Items that have been prepared or customized according to your request are not eligible for return. - If you receive an item that does not match your order or if there is any issue with it, please contact us and we will take care of it with the utmost attention. - The refund will be issued after the item has been received and its condition has been verified.

All orders are placed through the REVORA online store. Please make sure to review your order details and delivery information before completing your purchase.

A custom design can be requested through the dedicated section of the store, where you can choose the details according to your preferences. We will then contact you to confirm the order. Once the order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.
